EMS Series

The Extreme Machined  Service (EMS) Series rim/wheel is designed to handle the higher pressure of  the aggressive radial tire now being used in open pit mining applications. The three areas of benefit to the customer are:

1.Extended rim life
2.Increased safety levels
3.Extended tire life

EMS wheel is designed to handle  75% more pressures of radial tire than conventional tire. Our  manufacturing process and precision machining allow us to increase steel mess 35% of thickness in the critical area.
Each component is fully machined from rolled steel to ensure optimal roundness. We ensure every component match perfectly to make tires fit on rim base precisely. This  makes wheels safer and increase tire life.

The EMS Series, completely machined, with improved cross-sectional strength in highly stressed areas, increases reliability and safety at increased air pressures and heavier loads.

BTS Series
BTS series rims and wheels are designed to answer the challenging need for heavy duty off-highway truck under tough operating conditions. Since the introduction of the Bead Taper Secure  (BTS) Series rims and wheels decades ago, customers worldwide in mining and industrial operations have experienced significant benefits. Some of the benefits are: vastly increased rim and component life, elimination of vibration along the axle, better air retention, less equipment downtime which leads to increased production, and up to 25% extended tire life.

The innovative taper design of the BTS secures all rim components in place, eliminates any movement or flexing of the rim components (side rings, rim base, bead seat band, lock ring, and o-ring). The beads of the tire are secure and stable. Air loss and the problems associated with it are eliminated.  The taper design gives the side rings more surface area over which to seat. The increased contact area spreads the forces and pressures out evenly across the components. The thickness of this area gives the side ring the stability to react against the forces of the tire. The fully machined taper ensures an even distribution of the contact stresses.
