The Double Gutter Change System (DGCS)
The DGCS is designed to make changing tires more efficient, faster and safer when compared to a traditional 5 piece assembly rim.
The main DGCS benefits are:

Technology
- The DGCS 7 piece assembly dramatically improved efficiency in the tire removal and installation process during maintenance of large dump trucks
- Traditionally, the outer wheel must be removed to change the inner tires of the rear axle, which results in prolonged downtime. The DGCS system enables quicker removal of rear tires without dismounting the outside wheel.
- DGCS Series is a complete rim assembly consisting of two bead bands and two side rings, a specially engineered two-piece lock ring and one standard lock ring.
- The DGCS series has its unique features which can easily remove both inside and outside tire on rear axle without removing outer wheel.
